We are looking for an inspiring and experienced leader of education to shape the future of our Trust.
White Hills Park Trust is a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) comprising six schools, including a diverse mix of primary, secondary, and special education schools.
Our mission is to provide outstanding education, ensuring every child achieves their full potential. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion across our schools.
The Chief Executive Officer will develop a clear and ambitious strategic vision that aligns with the Trust Board’s objectives and is anchored in the needs of our schools and communities.
You will provide overall leadership to the central team, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and academic achievement across all schools. You will oversee the development of an inclusive and ambitious curriculum, champion workforce resilience and well-being, and promote a culture of high expectations so that every student reaches their full potential.
The successful candidate will ensure financial sustainability, robust risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will develop governance structures, effective relationships with the Trust Board and strategic collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders to improve education across the wider community.
The role requires someone with a proven track record of successful educational leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Core to the role is a commitment to educational excellence and improving outcomes for all students.
