What You’ll Be Doing as a Lead Engineer:
* Take full ownership of the product’s architecture and detailed mechanical design
* Gain an in-depth understanding of the entire product and its sub-systems
* Balance robust engineering with a keen eye for industrial design and user experience
* Collaborate across product and engineering teams to bring technically challenging concepts to life
* Play a key role in shaping the product’s future during a pivotal growth phase
* Drive the product from concept through to delivery, ensuring high quality, safety, and reliability standards are met

What We're Looking for in a Lead Engineer:
* A technically strong product-focused mechanical engineer, ideally with experience in automotive, aerospace or consumer product design

* An accomplished individual contributor who’s ready to lead, even without direct people management responsibilities
* A confident communicator who excels in collaborative, fast-paced environments
Your Impact:
Within 6 months:
* You’ll be fully across the current product design landscape
* You’ll have built strong relationships across engineering and product teams
* You’ll be confidently working within the company’s systems and culture
Within 12 months:
* You’ll be delivering or enabling the delivery of high-quality, production-ready design
* You’ll be a go-to expert on the product, with a strong technical voice in the business
