Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and have a genuine passion for helping individuals improve their mental and emotional well-being. As a Therapist, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide ongoing support throughout their therapeutic journey.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
2. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings.
3. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
4. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.
7. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in therapy and mental health.
Experience
1. A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
2. Previous experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of anatomy is highly desirable to enhance the understanding of physical aspects related to mental health.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage with clients.
5. A compassionate approach combined with strong interpersonal skills is essential for building rapport with clients.
