We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Customer Service Operator to join our dynamic Sheffield team at our Ecclesfield Depot (S359YR). This role will be based on site. This position offers a competitive salary and overtime. In this role, you will support the Sheffield account to deliver effective and efficient customer facing services, by processing maintenance, undertaking compliance related tasks and resolving customer requests/queries/complaints. You will provide first line support for Amey Contracts, employees and partners and be responsible for maintaining client relationships through a quality standard level of customer service. What You’ll Do: Manage customer queries, requests, and complaints from Amey employees, clients, and contracts. Answer high volumes of calls within set targets and ensure excellent customer service. Process calls, emails, and web requests via Amey’s software, ensuring job ownership until completion. Escalate customer requests as needed and understand contract response times and Service Level Agreements. Perform general administrative tasks, including shift responsibilities and running reports. Provide training to new employees and assist in creating performance reports for the Customer Services Manager. Why Join Us?
