Social Value Co-Ordinator Required – Buckinghamshire– Up to £40,000 + Package
I am currently recruiting for a Family Run business focusing on both private and the public sector developing residential and commercial projects nationwide. They have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Social Values Coordinator to join there team. You will based out of their Head Office in Buckinghamshire where you will receive extensive training and exposure to sites.
My client offer work on projects across Flats, Luxury Homes, Zero Carbon Homes & Mixed Used developments. ranging from £2 Million - £10 Million in value.
Key Responsibilities:

* Monitoring and Reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
* Section 106 Knowledge (A MUST)
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction, infrastructure, or public sector.
* Understanding of social value principles, legislation (e.g., Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012), and best practices within the construction industry.
* Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for reporting and communication.
