Job Title: Bilingual German/English Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Huntingdon Area (Hybrid: Onsite Training, then 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

An opportunity is available for Bilingual German/English speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality, customised products to educational institutions. This role is responsible for managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for each client and maintaining timely, professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Coordinate the development of customised products, overseeing each phase from initial concept to final print.
* Design Collaboration: Partner with the Design Team to create personalised designs based on client requirements.
* Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for proof approvals and ensure all project materials are promptly forwarded to production.
* Team Coordination: Work closely with the Customer Service Management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
