Construction delivery lead

Morson Talent are delighted to present an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Delivery Lead to join our client's established team. All work is associated with a major energy infrastructure Project which will help to drive the UK towards its net-zero targets.

This is a (renewable) contract position – inside IR35

Job Purpose / Overview

* The Construction Delivery Lead has responsibility for the delivery of an area, floor or building within a specific section of the Project Works. This responsibility extends to all construction and related activities, reporting to the Senior Construction Delivery Manager and includes logistics planning and implementation in collaboration with the site wide logistics team, programming and planning, monitoring and close out of authorities' obligations and conditions, client liaison, and staff management.
* The Construction Delivery Lead takes responsibility for activities in the field relating to the construction of a designated section of the works and its onsite facilitation.
* Framework & Boundaries
* The Construction Delivery Lead will take responsibility for tactical logistics planning for individual works sections. Thereafter, they will be responsible for the detailed planning and implementation, in collaboration with the rest of the Delivery Team.
