We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Advisor to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
37.5 PER WEEK
10:00 - 18:00 Shifts – Monday – Thursday
09:00 - 17:00 Shift – Friday
09:00 - 16:00 Shift – Saturday – (Every other with ROD)
Responsibilities
* Outbound sales to existing clients
* Responsible to sell a broad of range of products, mirroring customers’ needs and wants
* Account management of appointed VIP clients
* Negotiating and overcoming sales objections from clients
* Identifying the needs of the clients and offering the most appropriate product to suit their buying needs
* Ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of our products that you are retaining, in order to achieve the role requirements
* Self-motivated and self-taught in continual product knowledge and selling techniques
* Be positive and polite and maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times
* Be a company ambassador and advocate of our brand
Specifications:
* Excellent verbal communication

* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Ability to multitask a multitude of duties
* Ability to promote company products.
Basic 23K - Upcapped commission / first 4 weeks a minimum of £500pm bonus
