Salary: £18,500 based on 25 hours.
Working Hours: Office based hours, 25 hours can be done over 3 full days or 5 half days
ISQ Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Part Time Supply Chain Administrator to join our well-respected client based just north of Norwich. The role of Supply Chain Administrator is key to ensuring customer requirements are met on time and in full.
The role includes customer service (taking the order) to exporting the order to the customer or importing for deliveries/supply chain, this includes facilitating customer and supplier partnerships to enhance the reputation of a market leading organisation.
Main Responsibilities
Retrieve orders from customers with pricing details, delivery dates, confirmation of their orders and schedules.
Responding within 48 hours of receipt of customer orders
Providing assistance with sales reporting and production scheduling, ensuring good dialogue is maintained
Providing warehouse with pick tickets 72 hours prior to loading, process and supply all dispatch documents within the timescales required
Remove or escalate any issues as they arise in a prompt manner to ensure shipments meet the customers delivery expectations
Planning of transport to be optimised, ensuring full utilisation of capacity of each load to maximise space and reduce costs. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Must be able to communicate at all levels, including networking with other departments, suppliers and customers
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Highly motivated and ability to manage workloads
Previous experience of working within export and import shipping administration and logistics planning knowledge is essential Benefits
