This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our brand new school-run Redbourn Childcare Club from its inception in September 2025 (or summer term 2025). Redbourn Childcare Club will be taking over from the existing Redbourn After School Club which will cease to trade in July 2025. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and professional After School Club Manager for 2 or 3 days per week from 3:00pm until 6:30pm, term time only. The days to be worked must include Thursday and Friday with an option of Tuesday or Wednesday. You will work as a job share alongside another manager. The role will be 7 hours per week (two days) or 10.5 hours per week (three days) and the salary will be H6 to reflect the qualifications and experience we are seeking. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with primary aged children, shows confidence, understanding and has the ability to remain calm at all times. Alongside the other manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and building a new team, planning a wide range of activites and supporting the children's wellbeing whilst in your care. We are a positive and well-motivated team and the children are at the heart of all we do. You must be passionate about enabling children to achieve their true potential.
