Finance Analyst – Record to Report
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
Isaac James Associates is delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing business with global operations to appoint an Assistant Accountant into their Lincolnshire offices.

Responsibilities:
1. Produce weekly and monthly reports.
2. Use data extraction tools to explore complex data sets and resolve anomalies.
3. Prepare variance analysis reports, providing thorough explanations for variances and emerging trends.
4. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
5. Produce month-end journals.
6. Report all monthly and quarterly output figures.
7. Work on ad-hoc projects within the General Ledger Team.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. The successful candidate will be a newly or almost qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
2. Some exposure to SOX would be useful.
3. Excellent accounting technical knowledge.
4. Demonstrable prior experience in a Record to Report environment.
5. Due to the nature of the role, this is 100% office-based.
