COOP M&E Technician Join the Award Winning Team at Link Contracting Services Ltd – A family run, Maintenance, Planned work, M&E and Compliance provider. As a strategic partner to the Co-op group, we are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Electrical Maintenance Technician to help us serve Co-op food stores and funeral care sites. Bring your training and attitude to help us deliver projects on-time, in budget and as instructed. What you’ll bring to the table:
* Hold a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical installation or equivalent eg City & Guilds Part 1 & Part 2
* BS7671 18th Edition Certification is preferred.
* Proven ability to work independently.
* Possess a valid clean UK driving licence.
* Gold ECS Card certification is preferred.
* Take on electrical installation works as needed.
* Prioritise safety and quality in all your work.
* Meet project deadlines and budgets.
* Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
* Bring a passion for exceptional customer services.
* Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
* Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary.
* Deliver outstanding results for scheduled PPM’s planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
In return, you’ll receive:
* Salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a Basic minimum earnings range of £16.93 to £18.06 per hour (£35,221 to £37,570 per year, with the expectation to earn 40k plus)
* An on-call payment. All callout paid door to door.
