Project Manager (Exhibitions)

Salary £40,000 PA
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of exhibitions and events. This role involves directing, planning, executing, and financially managing projects to ensure successful outcomes. You will manage a portfolio of 2-3 clients, focusing on delivering exceptional exhibitions and events that meet client expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and present detailed quotations for clients, ensuring effective budget management.
* Track financial aspects of projects, including supplier invoicing, expense management, procurement, and sourcing.
* Create, implement, and oversee comprehensive project plans.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and venues, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence clients and stakeholders.
* Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, both to London and internationally.
* Demonstrated self-confidence and motivation to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Legal right to work in the UK.

* Possession of a full UK driving license and own transport
* Previous experience in the exhibitions or events industry.
* Prior experience in project management.
