Term time only, 37 hours per week. Salary: Grade 4, NTC Range 12-14, £19,732- £20,225 (£23,338 - £23,921 FTE).
We are seeking an organised, efficient, and approachable Student Services Administrator to join our school, providing essential guidance and administrative support related to pastoral care, welfare, health, and attendance. You will work with students, teachers, and parents to ensure the smooth running of student services.
About the Role:
As a key member of the Inclusion Administration Team, you will:
* Act as a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff regarding student-related enquiries.
* Maintain accurate student records, including induction, transition, attendance, medical information, and health & safety.
* Ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations.
* Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Be confident using IT systems (MiS experience desirable, but training provided).
* Possess strong communication skills (written, verbal, and telephone).
* Be able to multitask and prioritise in a busy school environment.
* Be approachable, supportive, and passionate about student well-being.
* Work well both independently and as part of a team.
