A leading London law firm are seeking a Corporate Receptionist for their London Bridge and Mayfair offices.
The Opportunity
The successful Corporate Receptionist will be friendly, professional, and have experience managing a varied workload. This is a fast-paced role, so organisation and time management skills are essential, as well as an ability to cope well with pressure. Duties to include:
Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors and staff
Call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages
Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests
Organising and assisting with hospitality and events
Setting up audio visual systems and trouble-shooting problems
Assisting with adhoc administration requestsThis Corporate Receptionist opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm
Requirements
Previous front of house/reception experience in a professional services firm is required
Previous experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and an online room booking systemVacancy highlights
