The Volunteering and Involvement Coordinator will be responsible for promise 3 - the recruitment and support of volunteers across the organisation. The postholder will also support Promise 5, ensuring that our local people and communities, including those from inclusion health groups, have a wide range of opportunities to get involved with the work that we do, across all layers of governance and leadership, including the co-design and co-production of service developments and organisational change and support promise 4 - patient experience, through the involvement of the public to address experience feedback received within the organisation.
