We are looking for an experienced retail manager to manage our first ever boutique. Located in the heart of Brighton South Lanes, our store is an opportunity to bring the brand to life for our customers, providing not only a first-class shopping experience but also offering a number of complimentary services such as jewellery making, engraving, piercing, and events. You will have a really important role in delivering our vision.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership – Foster a positive working environment encouraging professional growth, by training, supporting, and developing team members.
2. Customer Service – Showcase exemplary customer service and sales skills, to promote brand image and cultivate strong relationships with customers.
3. Brand Activation – Work with head office to create in-store experiences and events to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
4. Sales and KPI’s - Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
5. Inventory Management – Oversee inventory control procedures, including replenishment, stock takes, and deliveries.
6. People Management – Ensure safety and wellbeing of employees and customers are met, create rotas, and manage team performance.
7. Product Knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of products and services offered in store in order to maximise sales and increase customer loyalty.
8. Visual Merchandising – With the assistance of head office, merchandise store to showcase key performing products and new collections.
9. Operations – Complete sales, refunds, and deliveries using the till in store to maintain stock accuracy and ensure customers transactions are accurately fulfilled.

7. Previous retail management experience required.
