Job summary (Band 6/7 depending on experience) We are looking for a Trainer to support the delivery of our leadership and people management training across the Trust and in collaboration with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough system partners. This role is ideal for either a dynamic senior training professional with a background in providing leadership and management training interventions who will be able to undertake the full duties of the role on appointment OR a trainer or educationalist who has a track record of success and whilst not yet an expert in leadership and management can demonstrate a genuine interest in developing future managers and leaders in healthcare and the potential to develop the required competencies within a maximum of 12 months from appointment. If this role is offered as a development opportunity this will be made at Band 6 until the required competencies of the full band 7 role are achieved. Main duties of the job What you will do: Deliver engaging management and leadership training through face-to-face sessions, webinars, and online learning. Collaborate with experts to design innovative training programmes. Provide coaching support to staff and develop team training interventions. Lead the OD Training Administration Team, ensuring effective leadership and development. Support the rollout of workforce development initiatives. Research and integrate new leadership models into training programmes.
