Your Responsibilities: As an IT Technician, you'll work closely with clients, troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions to keep their operations running smoothly. You'll take ownership of support tickets from start to finish, provide on-site and remote assistance, and collaborate on larger projects. Responsibilities include: Offering comprehensive technical support for hardware and software installations, resolving issues promptly Responding to customer inquiries, logging support tickets, and following through to resolution Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware such as routers, wireless systems, servers, PCs, and laptops Supporting applications like Microsoft Server, SharePoint, Office 365, and VOIP systems Collaborating on large-scale projects such as infrastructure refreshes, disaster recovery plans, and virtualization initiatives Monitoring alerts to provide proactive maintenance, reducing customer downtime and ensuring smooth operations What We're Looking For: Strong expertise in Microsoft Server operating systems, including DNS and DHCP Proficiency in our core IT products (hardware and software) Basic familiarity with Apple macOS and mobile device troubleshooting (iPhone, Android, etc.) A customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues for clients Solid written communication skills for creating customer-facing emails and technical documentation Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual installations and projects Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required A DIY mindset is a plus, but not essential Ideally, 3 years of experience in a similar IT role Preferred Certifications: CompTIA, MTA, MCP, MCITP, or MCSE are advantageous but not required Why Work With Us?
