đź’Ą As Strategic Operations Director, you will:
* Lead the charity’s operational functions including Finance, Legal, Governance, IT, HR, and Facilities
* Shape and oversee financial planning, reporting, and long-term sustainability
* Ensure effective governance and board engagement, supporting regulatory and strategic alignment
* Oversee legal and risk functions, ensuring organisational compliance and safeguarding reputation
* Direct people and culture strategy, including performance, policy, and organisational development
* Lead technical and digital operations, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems support
* Champion a high-performing culture and steer strategic planning and organisational improvement

* Executive-level experience across multiple operational domains
* Background in strategic financial leadership or a formal accountancy qualification
* Familiarity with charity governance frameworks and regulatory landscapes
* A track record of navigating complex organisational change
* Natural influencer with strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Energy, resilience, and a deep commitment to building purposeful, values-driven teams
