If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for project management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Oversee all documentation in the Product Approval Process (PAP) Deliver PAPs for various lines of business to support our product portfolio management and innovation Define and manage the PAP planning process Ensure all products comply with internal policies and standards Coordinate with central teams to manage the entire PAP validation process Collaborate with internal experts in Pricing, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing to prepare and submit necessary PAP documentation Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies Work closely with product development teams to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements Lead cross-functional project teams to implement regulatory, pricing, underwriting, and customer value initiatives Develop project plans and timelines to track progress and report to senior management on milestones and deliverables Support other areas within the Global Value Proposition as needed LI-UK By joining AXA Partners, you will work in a responsible company, which offers a real culture of expertise & diversity.
