Job Description
As Cleaning Manager South East, you'll play an integral part of the team focusing on being the operational lead of a number of sites across the South East from Hampshire to East Sussex.
You'll be the driving force for a successful service delivery across site-based contracts and mobile contracts managing a team of BlueFrog staff including supervisors, mobile cleaners and static site cleaning operatives.
Our portfolio is diverse, from office blocks to crematoriums and country parks to public conveniences.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Driving high standards of service delivery in line with agreed SLA’s and specifications as agreed with the clients.
2. Quality and Safety audits, compliance and driving year on year improvements.
3. Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction, providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery.
4. Managing cleaning staff at all levels, including maintaining numbers of staff and managing planned and unplanned absentee’s.
5. Responsible for the development and implementation of all employee resources, processes, and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the details of the Assignment Instructions as agreed with the Client.
6. Ensure all necessary Industry and Client processes and procedures are in place and adhered to.
7. To ensure all contracts and sites comply with all policies and procedures contained in the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality procedures and to promote and make consistent use of the guidelines, processes, checklists.
8. Look for opportunities for continuous improvement.
9. Monitor stock across all sites.
10. Conflict management - managing disagreements and negotiating solutions.
11. Manage staff numbers budget.
As Cleaning Manager, you need:
1. Excellent communication and people management skills, with strong leadership and motivational skills, and the ability to forward plan.

3. Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry.
