Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter product data and manage listings using a bespoke system.
- Provide excellent customer support through online platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure accurate information is displayed.
- Conduct market research to optimise pricing and sales performance.
- Ensure all processes comply with company and platform policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
