💼 Location: Hertford (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 from home)

🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
📈 Experience: 3+ years in an IFA environment (preferred)

Your Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing new and existing business with precision and efficiency
* Handling client reviews, fund switches, plan withdrawals, and other administrative tasks
* Preparing compliance and provider documentation.
* Obtaining fund values and responding to client queries promptly.
* Ensuring all work is FCA compliant and professionally managed.
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience.
