Job summary The Maternity Support Worker in the High Peak Community you will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting trained staff in all aspects of clinical care of mothers and babies. The post holder is required to undertake tasks involving direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Midwife. The Maternity Support Worker will maintain a high standard of client care, adhering to all Trust and Maternity Services policies and guidelines. The post holder will work within the community setting and colleagues within the MDT areas to ensure the care of vulnerable families is coordinated.
