Job Description
The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for/to:
* Analyse HR data and generate useful reports
* Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making
* Manage the move from using Excel based information to Power BI reporting
* Support HR-related projects
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity, managing data input for transfer
* Develop and maintain HR metrics
* Collaborate with HR team to identify improvement opportunities
* Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines
* Stay up-to-date with the latest HR analytics trends and best practices
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Data Analyst will have:
* Experience of working closely with HR Data
* Ability to own the transition of data from Excel to Power BI or similar
* HR knowledge and the ability to translate the data into useful HR information
* Automation of Excel spreadsheets including pivot tables
* Ability to make commercial proposals for any budgets required
* Provision of HR data for projects
* Able to start immediately or on short notice
What's on Offer
On offer for this HR Data Analyst is:
* Salary of £40-45k p/a FTE, pro rata for a 3 day week
* 3 day week or equivalent with flexible working
* 3 month contract initially
* Hybrid role with days between Wakefield office and home
