Program Administrator
Objective of the position:
The Program Administrator will support the business relationship between assigned customers and the manufacturing facility, ensuring that customer expectations are met and/or exceeded. The Program Administrator will be responsible for the administering and coordinating the entire supply-commit process with the plant, and communicate order status and commits to the customers. The Program Administrator must understand the customers contract terms and it's implications on the order process.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
* Manage the customers backlog/demand and work with planning to ensure proper MRP/DRP runs
* Support the Program Manager in commercial management of customers including product margin, product pricing (Price effectivity, Inventory Re-valuation), Excess & Obsolete Material issues, Accounts Receivable Issues, and ECO's with the customer
* Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
* Process requests for quote as required by Customer and Sales
Education and Experience:
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to work independently & quickly while under pressure in a fast paced environment.
