Commercial & Marketing Support Executive
Location: UK Headquarters, Runcorn (Hybrid 3 days on site)
Salary: upto £34,000 per annum (depending upn experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Commercial Marketing and Support Executive will assist the commercial team with administrative support and take the lead of Salesforce commercial reporting, compliance and data accuracy. They will utilise various software packages and their own research to drive data collection and analysis of the aviation market to allow the Commercial team to make evidence-based decisions on a tactical and strategic level.
As a Commercial Marketing and Support Executive, you will support the Commercial team and will assist them in developing unique proposals in line with individual response guidelines and Swissport corporate brand identity and governance policies. The role also requires writing, reviewing and editing written content, working with the Commercial team to produce professional bid responses, marketing literature and presentations to the highest standard, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach that articulates Swissport's USP and brand identity.
Responsibilities
Data Ownership and Improvement:
1. Take charge of critical commercial systems, including Salesforce.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvements.
3. Provide essential data for senior decision-makers, including the CEO and Board.
Bid/Tender Process Involvement:
4. Work closely with the Commercial team and other departments.
5. Craft compelling bid responses that showcase Swissport’s values and services.
6. Generate fresh proposal content through research and engagement across the business.
Knowledge Base Development:
7. Create and maintain a repository of standard answers and templates.
8. Identify opportunities to enhance bid response quality, consistency, and efficiency.
9. Support the bid process from conception to finalization, ensuring compliance and responsiveness.
Support Across Ground Handling, Cargo, and Lounges:
10. Assist with quarterly business reports, customer communication, and presentations.
11. Provide ad-hoc support to Contracts Admin, including side letters and addendums.
Event Coordination and Commercial Projects:
12. Organize and manage customer events and other commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
13. Strong Written English Language Skills: Your persuasive proposals and engaging copy will captivate our audience.

Experience/Education:
20. Bid Management or Copywriting Experience (Desirable): Proven track record in crafting winning proposals.
21. Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment: Tight deadlines? No problem!
22. Aviation Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Ground handling expertise is a plus.
23. Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
