Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent Reception Manager based in Manchester City centre. This role is a fully office-based role and is immediately starting. Your new role You will take control of visitor and management processes, provide excellent service to all guests, you will answer calls, take messages, support with email management, effectively manage meeting rooms, manage client space, ensure meeting rooms are set up appropriately, provide a 5 service. You will run and support events, manage the filing system, update the booking system, maintain supplier systems, manage the reception team, appraisals and 1-2-1s, implement processes. You will promote a positive working environment. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous managerial experience, you will have worked in customer services, you will have been client facing, you will have excellent organisational skills, you will have strong IT skills, you will be confident, positive and proactive, you will have excellent people management skills.
