We are looking for a highly experienced recruitment specialist to come on board and help us scale our property sales company from 60 members of staff to 250+. Due to the growth plans, we need a full-time person on recruitment that will head up the full department and grow the business with us.
We are looking to bring on 15 new staff members per month and will pay per employee that is successful.
You must:
* Have the ability to headhunt using tools such as LinkedIn
* Be a creative thinker that is able to solve problems and think outside of the box
* Have the know-how and ability to bring new staff members into a business
