Teaching Personnel is working with a secondary school near Neath, and we are currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate individual to fill a Cover Supervisor role.
This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual who does not possess a formal QTS but still engages in teaching roles. You are not required to have a teaching qualification, just up to date and relevant experience working with young people.
Job Title: Cover Supervisor (Secondary)
Location: Neath, SA11.
Salary: £100 - £110 daily rate.
Hours: 37.5 hrs (ad hoc flexible)
Responsibilities:
* Working across a range of different year groups and departments.
* Creating a safe, positive, supportive classroom environment.
* Supervising pre-planned, pre-set work from teachers.
* Managing a classroom and ensuring students remain on task with the work they have been set.
What We’re Looking For:
* A Valid Driver’s Licence: The ability to drive is a must, as you may be required to assist with school trips or travel to other locations for school activities.
* Relevant work experience: working with young people, this can be in an educational, coaching or care setting.
* Be passionate about working with young people and have a desire to see each student achieve the best of their potential.
* Have strong behaviour management skills.
* Be punctual, flexible and reliable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
