The TikTok Shop Manager is at the heart of our e-commerce success, combining strategic vision with hands-on commercial execution to maximise growth. This role is all about crafting a winning shop strategy, optimising inventory, and delivering engaging promotions that captivate our audience. By leveraging TikTok's dynamic platform, you'll drive traffic, boost sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. From pricing strategies to data-driven insights, you'll keep the shop agile, competitive, and customer-focused—turning views into conversions and trends into revenue. The Role: Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution Develop and refine strategies to drive traffic, sales, and engagement. Track performance metrics and adapt tactics based on data insights. Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and new TikTok features to enhance shop visibility. Commercial Operations & Inventory Oversee daily shop operations for efficiency and profitability. Manage stock levels, transfers, and demand forecasting to avoid shortages or excess. Collaborate with supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment. Pricing & Promotions Create competitive pricing strategies and impactful promotions. Analyse campaign performance to maximise ROI and revenue. Align pricing and discounts with financial goals. Performance & Data Optimisation Use analytics to track sales, conversion rates, and customer behaviour. Generate reports and insights to improve strategy and execution. Run A/B tests to refine pricing, promotions, and user experience. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) and external partners. Ensure alignment on promotions, product placement, and strategy execution. Customer Experience & Compliance Optimise product listings and shop design for a seamless experience. Monitor feedback and enhance the customer journey. Ensure compliance with company policies and data accuracy. Location: This role is based in Nuneaton, and is required to travel to our London Hub and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices. The Person: Key Requirements: The ideal candidate must provide tangible examples of how they have successfully grown TikTok accounts in their last two to three roles. This includes showcasing viral campaigns, sales impact, and audience growth. Case studies or a portfolio of TikTok videos they have created or managed will be highly advantageous. Experience working in the retail health supplements industry or a strong interest in wellness and nutrition. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms that integrate with TikTok. Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and cross-channel marketing strategies. Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience managing TikTok or short-form video content for a consumer brand, preferably within the health, wellness, or retail industry. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, best practices, and monetization strategies. Content Creation Skills: Ability to shoot, edit, and optimize videos using TikTok's native tools and third-party editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere). Trendspotting & Creativity: Strong ability to identify and capitalize on viral trends while maintaining brand consistency. Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in TikTok Analytics and other social media performance tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later). Community Management: Experience in engaging with followers, handling customer inquiries, and managing influencer partnerships. Advertising & Paid Media: Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and running paid social media campaigns. E-commerce & Conversion Focus: Understanding of social commerce, affiliate marketing, and how TikTok drives online sales.
