The Opportunity
We seek a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our Christchurch head office. In this role, you will manage and grow our existing customer base by delivering exceptional service, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled salesperson to develop innovative opportunities using value-based selling methodologies, showcasing I-Fulfilment’s core capabilities and solutions to help our clients succeed.
The role:
1. Develop and implement tailored account plans aligned with I-Fulfilment’s sales strategy.
2. Build and maintain a business development pipeline to drive growth and meet targets.
3. Manage daily client interactions as the primary contact.
4. Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service and resolve issues promptly.
5. Advocate for clients within the company, working proactively to resolve issues, develop solutions, and identify new opportunities.
6. Prepare and review reports such as visit reports, SLA compliance, sales projections, and forecasts, using data insights to inform strategic decisions.
7. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices among teams to enhance performance and success.
About you:
* You enjoy detailed work, building strong client relationships, and delivering accurate results.
* You can think creatively and collaborate effectively to achieve objectives.
* Experience in sales analysis, CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and assessing client businesses for cost reduction and value addition is desirable.
* Experience in logistics or fulfillment environments is advantageous.
* You have demonstrated success in acquiring new business at acceptable margins.
The offer:
* £35,000 - £37,500 DOE + Bonus based on KPIs
