Membership and Fundraising Officer – Museum – up to £30k + benefits
Our client is a highly regarded, award winning museum in the arts and culture sector, is looking for an innovative, organised Membership and Fundraising Officer to join their growing team. This is a brand-new role, working as part of a well-established, supportive and friendly team. They are seeking a passionate, customer orientated individual who will be working closely with their members, friends and patrons of museum, developing retention and recruitment strategies. As this is a new role, there is lots of scope to really put your stamp on this position and make it your own. Alongside this, you will also be seeking corporate sponsorship and managing exciting fundraising projects, identifying new opportunities for fundraising, auctions and lots more!
What do I need?
* Experience of working in marketing, fundraising or membership
* Proficient in handling data and using CRM systems
* Knowledge of the fundraising landscape in the UK
* IT Skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
* Excellent interpersonal skills, liaising at all levels face to face, in writing and telephone
* Highly organised, with good time management
* Ambitious, results driven
