Salary: £23,000 based on 37 hours
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Ensure cleanliness and tidiness across all areas of the club.
· Manage events, booking enquires and liaise with customers.
· Oversee daily bar operations and staff rotas.
· Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring a knowledgeable and friendly team.
· Manage inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
· Where required, prepare, and cook food and or refreshments for either sale or hospitality for guests to the club.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in the bar and/or hospitality industry is essential.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
· Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
