Undertaking searches with Local Authority and Land Register of Scotland. Preparing Land Registration and LBTT forms. Assisting with fee note preparation. Your Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a legal administrative or secretarial role within the property sector. Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
