Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic property management company based in Henley-in-Arden. They are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their small team and take ownership of the credit control function on a part-time basis.
The duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator include (but are not limited to):
1. Full credit control process, chasing up tenants who are overdue with thorough action
2. Support the accounts team with the invoicing process
3. General admin support for the property team
4. Proactive with internal and external stakeholder communication
The successful candidate will have:
1. +3 years of experience within an accounts role
2. Credit control experience would be desirable
3. An exceptional telephone manner
4. Happy in the office on part-time hours
