The post holder will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative function, for Business Development activities for Almac Sciences. They will have responsibility for the preparation of on-site client visits: agenda coordination, hospitality arrangements, client and internal liaison, on-day support for BD, PM, QA & Technologies group. Key Requirements Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK Essential Criteria 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including grades A-C in English Language and Maths 2 A -Levels (or equivalent) Previous experience within a busy administration role to include the co-ordination of team activities, multi-tasking, data input. Desirable Criteria Previous experience within a commercial related administration role Previous experience within a service company environment Previous experience with working with personnel from other countries/cultures.
