About the Role This role as a Hotel and Food Services Manager at Coleraine District Health Service is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in health or hospitality management. The position involves overseeing food services, environmental services, and ensuring that all support services are maintained at the Coleraine Campus. Key responsibilities will include: Leadership and Supervision: Managing and supervising the food services and environmental teams, ensuring high standards are met consistently. Collaboration : Working closely with the WDHS Support Services Management team, the Coleraine Campus manager (Director of Nursing) and the Coleraine facilities manager to maintain the quality of all support services. Operational Management: Ensuring the smooth running of food, hotel and environmental services at the campus. Administrative and Hands-on Work: Balancing administrative tasks with hands-on involvement in daily operations. This job primarily involves working Monday to Friday, but it also requires flexibility for some weekend, public holiday, and on-call work. The ideal candidate should have strong management and leadership qualities, along with experience in hospitality or health services.
