About the Role As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead George Clinical’s global marketing efforts, driving brand visibility, digital engagement, and lead generation to support our commercial team. This role is critical in developing and implementing a strategic marketing approach tailored to a CRO environment, ensuring alignment with business development objectives and broader company goals. Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across business development, operations, and external partners to enhance our presence in the clinical research industry. You will also oversee our digital marketing strategy, website updates, branding initiatives, and lead generation efforts to ensure consistent growth and market influence. Your Responsibilities • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to strengthen George Clinical’s brand positioning and market influence within the CRO industry. • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO strategies, social media presence, and digital advertising, ensuring continuous engagement and visibility. • Drive lead generation efforts to support the commercial team, implementing targeted campaigns that attract and nurture prospective clients. • Collaborate closely with business development and commercial teams to create impactful marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging that drive new business opportunities. • Manage and evolve George Clinical’s branding strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms, events, and communication channels. • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership content, to position George Clinical as a key industry player. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI. • Work with external vendors and partners to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success and adjust strategies accordingly. About You To thrive in this role, you will bring a combination of strategic leadership, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and a strong understanding of the CRO industry. • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a CRO or Life Sciences. • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, website management, and social media strategies. • Experience in lead generation and demand generation to support commercial and business development teams. • Proven ability to create and implement branding and market positioning strategies to enhance company reputation. • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with business development, commercial teams, and senior leadership. • Analytical mindset with experience tracking marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
