The Hours Individual needs come first, so we need flexibility in your working hours, scheduled Monday-Sunday on a rota basis including sleep-ins, waking nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays. We can accommodate flexible working requests and part-time hours. You can pick up additional hours at £12 per hour under our separate relief contract. What You'll Do You will deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centered support, including personal care and helping people to live the life they choose. Your Responsibilities: Provide excellent support with personal care to maintain high hygiene standards. Help ensure our physical environment is happy and stimulating. Offer a choice of activities and support based on individual preferences and aspirations. Maintain a high standard of living for individuals through cooking, shopping, laundry, gardening, etc. Support with day-to-day finances. Assist with medical appointments or health needs in their person-centered plans. Help with moving and handling equipment respectfully, maintaining dignity. Administer medication as per individual plans. Encourage participation in leisure, work, or voluntary activities. Respond and report on incidents/concerns according to safety and safeguarding protocols. In certain areas, you may provide support services to young people.
