At Ambitious about Autism we're currently looking for an Employability Programme Manager to join our National Services team on a 9 month MAT cover. You'll be accountable for the development, management and delivery of the new skills and development programme for autistic young people, with a particular focus on employability pathways and activities delivered to autistic young people, including both online and offline support and content. You'll manage contracts to achieve required outcomes and objectives, whilst developing engaging content for autistic young people, utilising our network of autistic young people to get involved with the creation, testing and reviewing of any content created. You'll drive employment opportunities for autistic young people by networking with organisation, employers and apprenticeship providers.
