1. To provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
2. To process orders and update customer records in the CRM system.
3. To support sales team with quotations and administration.
4. To manage overdue payments and contact customers to arrange payment.
5. To update customers on delivery information.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential.
2. Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support – Essential.
3. Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
4. Excellent communication skills and a team player.
5. Computer literate (MS Office, Internet).
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
