What you will do:
* Conduct thorough review and clinical harm reviews on children and young people (CYP) who have been without contact for over 6 months.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all CYP on your caseload, ensuring precision and compliance with all regulations.
* Proactively coordinate and work in partnership with the CYP, their carers, and other agencies involved, facilitating seamless care and support.
* Refer CYP to services that are most suited to meet their unique needs, promoting holistic and tailored care pathways.
Requirements:
* Must be HCPC registered.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in CAMHS is essential.
* Demonstrated skills in mentorship and caseload management.
* Strong capabilities in mental health assessment, risk assessment, and risk management.
* A car driver is preferable for optimal travel flexibility within the area.
