Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering exclusively with an SME in the financial services sector on the recruitment of an HR and Learning Officer on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they continue to grow.
You will report directly into the HR Manager and support on all operational HR duties as well as be responsible for Learning. This will include keeping the HRIS up to date, being the first point of contact for HR queries, helping define the new benefits package, training and guiding line managers, running small training sessions, and much more.
This is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming HR Advisor to take their next step in HR.
You will have / need:
1. 2+ years in an HR role
2. Experience of Learning and Development
3. Good with HR systems and data
4. Proactive and positive attitude to learn and develop
5. Ability to address HR queries and questions
6. Ideally immediately available or on a short notice period
This organisation offers excellent hybrid working of around 1 day in the office and 4 from home and is based in Horsham, West Sussex.
The salary on offer is circa £40,000, plus great benefits.
