We are seeking a flexible and talented individual to join our busy Estates team responsible for maintaining and operating the Demelza estate.
This person will be carrying out a range of planned, reactive maintenance and installation tasks on mechanical, plumbing, drainage systems, and general building fabric throughout the hospices and retail outlets.
You must be able to work reactively while also planning pre-programmed works, using your previously gained MEP experience.
This role requires regular travel across our operating region. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use or reliable transport arrangements will be essential.
This role will be Monday to Friday with a requirement to be part of an on-call rota.
