Corserv are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our dynamic People Services team as HR Operations Lead. In role, you will take ownership of HR process mapping, system optimisation, and help guide the digital transformation of our People Service on Oracle. The Operations Lead will be the link between HR, Business Systems, and the system users. Main responsibilities include: to lead the review, redesign and digitalisation of HR processes map current workflows, highlighting where improvements could be made and suggesting solutions defining the delivery of improvements to Oracle HR and other linked systems & tools supporting the implementation of smarter, leaner, or better ways HR can support our business helping drive and support colleagues through change About you You do not need to be an IT expert, but you will need to develop a thorough understand the system (Oracle) so that you can effectively lead on how it is currently used, how it can be improved, and how people best interact with it. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate: experience of delivering HR projects—especially around system and/ or process transformation an understanding of HR operations experience of business analysis, mapping processes, and leading organisational change projects (ideally digital transformation) the confidence to challenge the ‘status quo’ experience of working with stakeholders, negotiating through different opinions, ensuring that they remain engaged and the project stays on track Ideally you will have worked with Oracle HR (Cloud or HCM) before or be able to demonstrate previous experience with similar HRIS systems and tools. Our offer to you Salary: circa £40,000 per annum (doe) Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months, with the possibility of extension) Base: This is a hybrid working from home and office (base Bodmin, Cornwall) but may require travel within county.
