Geotechnical Engineer

A team of brownfield redevelopment specialists are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join them on a variety of ground investigation, contaminated land, ground remediation and waste treatment projects around the North West. You'll be working on a range of projects - developing skills and focusing on continued professional development.
The Geotechnical Engineer role offers:

This Geotechnical Engineer position will involve:
1. Providing technical support and management on demolition, remediation and civil engineering schemes.
2. Writing technical reports.
3. Carrying out environmental risk assessments, groundwater and gas monitoring and on-site treatments.
4. Liaising with clients, suppliers and regulators.
5. Deploying Environmental Permits and Validation reports.
To be considered for the Geotechnical Engineer role you should have:
1. Experience in geotechnical engineering, ground remediation, contaminated land, geo-environmental engineering or the brownfield industry, as an engineer, technician, assistant engineer or consultant.
2. A degree in an environmental/geology/engineering based subject.
3. A willingness to travel around the UK and work away during projects.
4. A full UK driving licence.
5. Commutable to Warrington.
6. A full right to work in the UK.
