* Lead and oversee sales teams, agents, and internal departments, ensuring effective coordination.
* Manage marketing activities, national sales events, and support product development strategies.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure key accounts and drive customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to business development and operational strategy through the Executive Board.
