Marketing Manager – Facilities – Up to 50k + Package
We are recruiting for an organisation who have the opportunity for a Marketing Manager to genuinely make a difference and be part of the success in their next growth phase.
We’re looking for someone who can work in partnership with the Commercial teams to develop a Marketing strategy that will help them achieve their goals.
You’ll be expected to delve deep into the business to truly understand their audiences and create value-add campaigns.
This role is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, visiting their Head Office when required and to travel to trade shows a few times a year.
You’ll be a seasoned B2B Marketer with a curious mind; being able to delve into the detail to understand the business and its audiences. In turn, you’ll use your strategic approach to create and deliver effective marketing plans.
A broad marketer with experience across all channels; from website to social, email and paid campaigns.
This is a strategic role, so you must be able to evidence how you can translate commercial objectives into comprehensive marketing plans.

This would suit someone who has worked within Technical environment such as Building services, M&E, Construction, Industrial, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or a Hire organisation or within other applicable industries.
